Concerns Raised Over Slaughter To Prevail Concert in Stockholm
Politicians in Stockholm have expressed apprehension regarding an upcoming concert by the hard rock band Slaughter To Prevail, amid allegations of the band's association with Russian propaganda. The Nordic Ukraine Forum has claimed that the group has promoted messages that align with pro-Russian narratives. In light of these accusations, members of both the Moderate Party and the Social Democrats have voiced their concerns ahead of the band's scheduled performance. Opposition city councilor Christofer Fjellner stated that it would be inappropriate for the band to perform given the current context, emphasizing that a band associated with such propaganda should not be allowed to play in Stockholm. Additionally, Finance City Councilor Karin Wanngrd mentioned that the City of Stockholm is in discussions with the concert organizer to prevent any anti-democratic messages from being conveyed during the event. Despite these concerns, concert promoter Live Nation has not commented on the situation, and as of now, the concert is still set to take place as planned.
I Prevail Minneapolis Concert reviews
Sold out??
I Prevail put on an excellent show- they are so talented and have great energy. I'm so sad for the hundreds of fans who must have been priced out from all the ticket scalping. The venue was maybe half full? The show was "sold out"! I was in the balcony and by the end of the show, there was hardly anyone up there. I know hundreds of tickets offered at $200-$300 resale from this sold out show we're still available the day before. Scalping tickets has gotten out of control and fans are really missing out. The experience is different too for those of us present at the show, with half of the venue empty. Scalpers are ruining concerts for everyone.
